My daughter was diagnosed in January 2008. I had a coworker whose daughter was diagnosed later in the year, but she is one of those that worries about it the same way that I would a cold. She was the only other one that I knew that had JA. Since then, my daughter has been diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, so she has a combo of poly-JRA, Raynaud's, Scleroderma & now Dermatomyositis. Apparently MCTD happens often enough in our kids, but these boards are the only place that you would find anyone else with anything like these diseases.
